Arbiter's Penance is a Spell in Derelict. Arbiter's Penance launches the caster into air before sending and retrieving a spinning scythe at its target, dealing heavy physical damage.
"Summon the Arbiter's Scythe temporarily, throwing it forward and dealing 100% Power + 140% Arcane damage as it travels. Then, fly after the Scythe and catch it, dealing 100% Power + 140% Arcane + 110% missing health damage around you."

Arbiter's Penance can be obtained through buying the Supporter Gamepass.
Tips
- While casting, you are immune to being displaced but may still be Staggered
- Very powerful spell, hitting both the initial scythe throw and followup attack can lead to extremely high damage when you have high power and arcane.
- Can be used to obtain Blastil Seeds from Blastil
