Materials are a category of items in Derelict. Materials can harvested from their respective nodes and are heavily involved in Crafting recipes.
Skill Check
On your first resource node upon entering a server or every 3-4 resource nodes after, a Skill Check will appear when attempting to gather a resource.
Press the button prompt when line hits each mark to successfully complete the minigame.
Depending on your accuracy, you will gain decreased or increased harvesting speed, Forging Stones, additional Skill Experience and 1-2x extra resources.
