Shadowsilver Bars require Silver Bars, Void Residue and Blastil Seeds.

Most of these ingredients can be found within the Weeping Grove region.

Use the Furnace at Gideon's Camp to craft Shadowsilver Bars.
Shadowsilver Bar is not directly dropped by Enemies.
