Wobbling from its poor balance, the Blalis will fall on to its side, dealing heavy damage and stunning players in a large area.

This attack may occur after Basic Attack 1/2.

Ambush The Blalis will burrow itself beneath the surface, before reemerging and attempting to grab the player. If a player is grabbed, the Blalis will smash them into the ground, dealing heavy damage. Physical Stone Blalis Ambush
Stone Artillery

The Blalis will wind up his arm, before flinging several rocks at the player, dealing damage in an area.

Due to the distinguishable wind up animation and the projectile's relatively low velocity, this attack should not be too difficult to dodge.

Movement and Battle Strategy

  • Most of the Stone Blalis attacks deal high damage and high stance damage, making him a formidable foe upfront.
  • Rather than risk parrying, it is more optimal to dodge this boss' attacks as his large end lag after each attack sequence leaves him vulnerable.
  • A good source of Forging Stones for low level players.
  • Try using magical damage to take advantage of its low Resistance scaling.

  • Heavily inspired by the Talus mob from recent Legend of Zelda games
