A checkpoint set up by Avarus to keep unwanted guests out.
The first Avarus base you will encounter. From the Feeding Grounds bonsai, follow the Southeast path passing directly through the ribcage until you reach the bonsai. (Map Link)
Continuing through the concrete halfpipe, it will lead to a concrete ramp that will take you within the Subjugation Stronghold, an area full of Avarus Soldiers, Avarus Infantry and Avarus Turrets.
In the north of the Feeding Grounds, players can find the entrance to the Subjugation Stronghold. To enter, players must complete the "Destroy the Avarus Drill" quest from Sir Wilhelm to deactivate the shield.
By heading up the ramps of the stronghold, players can find a large doorway that connects to the Subjugation Chambers.
A mining area rich in Coal deposits can be found along the path leading to the Subjugation Stronghold Entrance.
Near the Subjugation Stronghold Bonsai, players can find Cart & Cobble, the shop of Gromm the Shellbound, along with a chest containing Crashing Embers.
