Magic Mirror is an NPC in Derelict. It can be found next to Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC) inside the [Weeping Grove] Stormbearer's Tower.
Similar to Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC), Magic Mirror is unlocked after defeating Asher, Storm of Vengeance (Boss).
From this NPC, you are able to change your appearance in the same fashion that you started the game - including gender, hair, face, etc.
