Lorik Ironheart serves as the region's Baron, empty as it is.
Interestingly enough, Lorik Ironheart never identifies himself while he is speaking with you. Only until you meet his son, Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC), do you uncover his full name.

For this quest, you first must defeat Asher, Storm of Vengeance (Boss) at [Weeping Grove] Stormbearer's Tower.
After defeating Asher, Storm of Vengeance (Boss), you can enter the tower to speak to Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC) to complete the quest and receive your rewards.

Return to Profaned Baroness
Reward: +5000 Insight Exp + x1 Recipe Scroll + x100 Forging Stone
You must complete Lost Hope as a prerequisite.
After speak to Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC), go back to Baron's Town, head to the [Baron's Tavern] Mausoleum, and defeat Profaned Baroness.
After defeating Profaned Baroness, return to talk to Asher, Storm of Vengeance (NPC), and you will complete the quest.
