Verdant Tempest Bow requires a Recipe Scroll that has a 1.5% chance of dropping from Vorraeth, the Hollow Gale. Verdant Tempest Bow can be crafted at the Anvil using 1 Soul Amalgam 1 Decrepit Bones 1 Roguehide and 2 Electrum Bars.
Verdant Tempest Bow is not directly dropped by Enemies.
