Acquisition
Blastil Seeds are dropped by Blastil and SC-08.
To obtain Blastil Seeds from Blastil, cast Umbral Grasp or Arbiter's Penance on the Blastil. This will cause the Blastil, which normally explodes on death, to drop its Blastil Seeds upon death.
