Swords are a type of Weapon in Derelict. Swords are reliable, generalist weapons for players seeking a straightforward and balanced playstyle.
Swords offer a middle ground between Daggers and Greatswords, balancing everything from range and attack speed to Power and Armor/Resistance scaling. As such, they are one of the easier weapon to use and work well with Shields for follow up attacks after parrying.
