Acquisition
Bottles of Poison require Glass Bottles, Soul Shards, Primordial Slime and Soul Shrooms, which can be obtained from drops, Mining, Foraging and certain NPC shops.
Bottle of Poison is not directly dropped by Enemies.
Usage
Bottles of Poison may be thrown at enemies to inflict Poison. For Poison to activate, at least 3 Bottles of Poison must land, as each bottle inflicts 40 Poison of the 120 maximum of the status gauge.
