Baldwin is an NPC in Derelict. He can be found first at the Feeding Grounds Bonsai and then at [Feeding Grounds] Baldwin's Camp once his questline is completed.
He seems to have an insatiable palette for various species of eggs.

Return to Baldwin with the items in your inventory to complete the quest.

Obtain the Big Egg
Return to Baldwin
Reward: +200 Insight Exp + x20 Forging Stone
You must complete Luring the Chicken as a prerequisite.
To obtain the Big Egg, you must travel to the [Feeding Ground] Big Chicken Lure where you can find the Lure. Interact with the Lure to summon and fight the Big Chicken.
Upon death, the Big Chicken will spawn a Big Egg that can carried back to Baldwin to complete the quest.

You must complete Ambushing the Chicken as a prerequisite.
To complete this quest, you must travel over to the [Feeding Ground] Giant Snail Nests where you can find several Giant Snail Eggs sitting in the nests.
Upon attempting to carry the Giant Snail Egg, you will receive a prompt warning that the egg is too cumbersome to carry. Next, attack the egg with any weapon. Doing so will progress the quest, leading you to report your failure back to Baldwin.

You must complete Bigger as a prerequisite.
To complete the quest, travel to the [Feeding Grounds] Lizard Nests where you can find several Lizard Eggs in the nests.
Attempting to carry the egg will severely hinder your movement speed, in addition to spawning a Lizard nearby that will automatically attack you.
Attacking will break the Lizard Egg, progressing the quest. Dying will also trigger the next step in the quest.
Return to Baldwin to report your troubles to complete the quest.

Obtain the Lizard Egg
Return to Baldwin
Reward: +1000 Insight Exp + x100 Forging Stone + [Lizard Cage] Recipe Scroll
You must complete Something Exotic as a prerequisite.
Upon accepting this quest, Baldwin will move to the [Feeding Grounds] Lizard Nests.
Speaking to him there will start an escort mission, where you have to defend Baldwin from Lizards as he makes his way to [Feeding Grounds] Baldwin's Camp. There will be several waves of Lizards, with the last including an Elite Lizard.
This quest may be difficult for newer players. It is recommended to upgrade your equipment before taking on this mission.
Once Baldwin has successfully made it to his camp and all enemies are defeated, he will move to [Feeding Grounds] Baldwin's Camp.
Speak to him again to complete the quest and receive your rewards.
