Acquisition
Soul Shrooms can be acquired through foraging in the Inner Crystalline Caverns.
As a result of a spawning location bug, Soul Shrooms may occasionally spawn in inaccessible places such as in the air or inside walls.
Soul Shroom is not directly dropped by Enemies.
