A naturally forming rock arch.
Following the East path through the [Hollow's Pass] Insurgent's Outpost, you will find Hollow's Arch. Here, there is a pathway, heading South towards Northern Front.
Be wary of Insurgency patrols along the paths.
Right after exiting the camp you will encounter Ophelia (Map link)
