From the Weeping Grove bonsai, take the North-East path until you reach the Insurgency camp. From there, take the North path at the fork and continue along the path until you reach the Weeping Cavern bonsai. (Map Link)
Entering the cavern and following the path will lead you to Silver Deposits, an ingredient required for Shadowsilver Bars.
