Acquisition
Arrow Rain can be obtained by heading to the Veiled Cathedral. Exit out the main entrance and head towards the [Veiled Cathedral] Solar Altar. Behind the [Veiled Cathedral] Solar Altar, you can find the Chest containing its respective Ancient Arts Scroll next to a Bleached Tree. (Map Link)
